What is energy healing?
Energy healing works with the mind, body, and nervous system to help release stored emotional stress and energetic blocks. Experiences aren’t just remembered in the mind — they’re also held in the body and energy field.
This gentle approach supports regulation, balance, and emotional release, allowing the body to reset in a safe, supportive way. Sessions meet you where you’re at and are guided by your body’s readiness.
Energy healing is a complementary practice and does not replace medical or psychological care.
How does it work?
Energy healing works by gently bringing awareness to stored emotional patterns held in the body and nervous system. Through guided techniques the body is supported to feel safe enough to release what it no longer needs to hold.
As the nervous system regulates, old emotional responses can soften, creating space for clarity, balance, and lasting change. The process is guided, gentle, and led by your body — nothing is forced.
What should I expect during a session?
Each session begins with a gentle check-in to understand what you’re experiencing and what you’d like support with. You’ll be guided through calming techniques to help your body relax and feel safe, followed by energy-based work tailored to your needs.
You may notice emotional release, physical sensations, insights, or simply a deep sense of calm. Every session is different, and you’re always in control.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically run for 60 minutes. If you feel you need more time or deeper support, 90-minute sessions are also available.
Is this suitable for everyone?
Energy healing is gentle and suitable for most people. However, it’s important to note that this work is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. If you’re currently experiencing severe mental health challenges, it’s best to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional alongside or prior to energy healing.

How do I book a session?
You can book a session via the booking tab above. Simply choose the session length that feels right for you and select either an in-person or virtual (Zoom) appointment. Once booked, you’ll receive all the details you need via email.
